    The Danish Diet & Nutrition Association is an association and a professional organization for dietitians, kitchen managers and chefs, health care cooks, bachelor in nutrition and health in general and bachelor in nutrition and health - specialized in catering management, AP degree in process technology - specialized in food technology, and health and clinical dietitians. They have among others the responsibility for nutrition, health and food preparation in institutions, schools, workplaces, hospitals and nursing homes. It is central to the Danish Diet & Nutrition association, that professional dietitians have the responsibility for all aspects around the meal. The objective of the Danish Diet & Nutrition Association is to ensure that its members thrive in the workplace, deriving professional and personal job satisfaction from their duties. The Danish Diet & Nutrition Association is a specialist organization for administrative dietitians, kitchen managers and chefs, bachelor in nutrition and health in general and bachelor in nutrition and health - specialized in catering management, AP degree in process technology - specialized in food technology, and health and clinical dietitians. Students and trainees in the above professions are also welcome. The Danish Diet & Nutrition Association works tirelessly on behalf of its members to secure satisfactory wage levels and favorable working conditions, promoting workplaces that guarantee members the greatest possible impact on day-to-day routines, and a first class working environment where professional pride is sharply focused and human resources development a matter of course. As an association our work is based on the principles of collective bargaining and agreements and, equally, active participation in the food quality and food in the public arena debates

    Kost og Ernæringsforbundet er en fagforening og interesseorganisation for køkkenassistenter, ernæringsassistenter, køkkenledere, økonomaer, professionsbachelorer i ernæring og sundhed og kliniske diætister. De har blandt andet ansvaret for ernæring, sundhed og den gode hverdagsmad i institutioner, på skoler, arbejdspladser, hospitaler og plejecentre. Det er centralt for Kost og Ernæringsforbundet, at kostfagligt uddannede medarbejdere har ansvaret for alle aspekter omkring måltidet. Kost & Ernæringsforbundets mål er, at medlemmerne trives på deres arbejdspladser og oplever glæde ved arbejdet - fagligt og personligt. Kost & Ernæringsforbundet er den faglige organisation for ernæringsassistenter, køkkenassistenter, økonomaer, køkkenledere, PB’ere i ernæring og sundhed samt kliniske diætister. Elever og studerende er også velkomne. Kost & Ernæringsforbundet arbejder for at sikre sine medlemmer gode løn- og arbejdsvilkår. Men også arbejdspladser med størst mulig indflydelse på arbejdet, hvor arbejdsmiljøet er i top, den faglige stolthed er i fokus og medarbejderudvikling en selvfølge. Det sker gennem aftaler og overenskomster. Men også ved aktivt at deltage i debatten om madkvalitet og den offentlige mad
